I’m glad you’re here.

Starting therapy is a courageous (& often anxiety-provoking!) step toward investing in your growth. Choosing a therapist is important, as this is someone who will support you as you navigate challenges, develop insight, and work toward your goals. I hope the information below helps you get to know me as both a professional and a person.

A little more personal about me:

You’ll often find me outside exploring nature or cuddled up on a cozy couch, getting lost in a good book or tv show. The best days usually involve both! I love quality time with cherished people and animals, slowing down, playing games, and eating delicious food. I enjoy traveling & new experiences, and the comforting feeling of returning home. I deeply value community, social justice, and compassion.
